How bans work on Ragnarök servers, what the strike system looks like, and how to submit a respectful ban appeal.
⚠ Warning
Wait before appealing
If you were banned, take a moment to reflect before submitting an appeal. Appealing while angry or emotional often results in a worse outcome. Read why you were banned first.
Open a ticket in the Discord
Navigate to the #create-ticket channel in the Ragnarök Discord and open a Ban Appeal ticket. Do not DM staff members about your ban.
Remain respectful
Staff acknowledges the possibility of a mistake. Write your appeal calmly and respectfully — explain the situation from your perspective without attacking staff.
Explain the situation clearly
Describe what happened in your own words. Be honest. If you made a mistake, acknowledge it. Staff will respond better to sincerity than deflection.
Include supporting evidence
If you have video, screenshots, or other evidence that supports your appeal, include it. Raw, unedited footage from your perspective is the most useful.
Request a second review if needed
If you feel your appeal was not handled fairly, you may RESPECTFULLY ask for another staff member to review your case. Do not demand it or become hostile.
Your in-game character name

Which server you were banned from
What you were told regarding the reason
Your account of what happened
