The correct way to open a support ticket in our Discord when you need help from staff — what to include and what to expect.

All support is handled through our Discord server. If you aren't a member yet, you'll need to join first.
Join the Discord →In the Discord, find the #create-ticket channel under the Support category.
✓ Tip
Click the button or use the bot command to open a ticket. A private channel will be created between you and the staff team.
Clearly describe your issue at the start of the ticket. Include all relevant details upfront — this speeds up resolution.
Providing complete information in your first message helps staff resolve your issue faster. Include:
Staff will respond as soon as they are available. Remain patient and respectful. Spam-pinging staff or opening duplicate tickets will not speed up the process.
