Community Rules & Guidelines

Everything you need to know before joining — conduct standards, reporting, appeals, and community expectations across all Ragnarök servers.

General Community Rules

A Working Microphone is required.

❖Follow Twitch TOS
❖Inappropriate or harmful use of derogatory words in accordance with Twitch TOS may result in a removal from the community.
❖Excessive toxicity may result in a removal from the community.
❖No racism, sexism, or hateful prejudice in accordance with Twitch TOS. This will result in a removal from the community.
❖You may not trade IRL money for in-game items for any Ragnarök servers.
❖You may not DM Staff about server issues without permission. Open a ticket through the appropriate channels in the Ragnarok Discord.
❖Direct messaging another community member hateful or toxic remarks may result in removal from the community.
❖Any attempts to scam community members or advertise unsolicited (including in DMs) may result in removal from the community.
❖Be respectful to all community members.
❖We are not here to police your personal relationships. While we will remove anyone who does not align with our goals to create a healthy, safe community, we are not interested in mediating personal disagreements between players. We do, however, exercise the right to remove anyone from the community for any off-server conduct.

Exploits and Reports

❖By playing on any of our servers you acknowledge that, in the instance of a scene that may indicate you are cheating, you will be asked to provide a video of the incident. If a video cannot be provided you will be asked to consent to a PC Check. If you do not consent, your ability to join the server will be revoked in the name of competitive fairness.
❖You are not to exploit any bugs or glitches within our servers. If you fail to report any after use, your character may be wiped.
❖You must make a report within 48 hours of the incident. Exemptions can be made by Senior Staff+ under extenuating circumstances.
❖You must have evidence from at least 2 minutes surrounding the incident if reporting with video evidence. Audio must also be included. Exemptions can be made if there is a clear rule break. Staff may request more than 2 minutes depending on the report.

Staff Toxicity

❖You are always welcome to constructively criticize the server, but please do not cross the line of being toxic towards staff. We have review policies in place where reports against staff (even owners) are reviewed independently without that staff's input. This also includes ban appeals.

Ban Appeals

❖
The staff acknowledges the possibility of a mistake. When opening a ban appeal, remain respectful to staff and simply explain the situation and add any evidence you may have to support your claim. If you would like a second opinion on your ban appeal, you may RESPECTFULLY ask for another staff member to review.
- ➢RFC (Removals From Community) are final.

Stream Sniping

❖Support streamers by subscribing, promoting their streams, and being a positive member of their community. Do not under any circumstance use a stream to gain information about a streamer's needs or location to join them on the server. Do not watch streamers or engage in their stream chat while actively playing on the server.
