FiveM Server Rules

Conduct and roleplay rules specific to the Ragnarök Gaming FiveM GTA V server — in addition to the general community and RP rules.

Important: The Community Rules and General RP Rules apply in full on the FiveM server. The rules below are specific additions or clarifications for the GTA V setting.

Character & Setting

❖Your character must have a realistic first and last name. No celebrity names or famous fictional character names.
❖Your character must follow a realistic career or criminal path. You should not be a lawyer and a mechanic, or be in a street gang and be a Mayor simultaneously.
❖Character appearance must align with the realistic and immersive standards of the server. Arena-mode outfits and attire that obviously mocks the server environment are not tolerated.
❖If you leave the Discord, you are subject to losing your personal belongings (properties, vehicles, businesses, etc).

Vehicles & Driving

❖VDM (Vehicle Death Match) — do not purposefully use your vehicle as a weapon unless you have no other option to escape (once, not multiple times). Does not apply to staged executions.
❖You may notram another player's vehicle at excessive or unrealistic speeds.
❖A & S Class Boosting is an illegal activity and carries a police response limit of 2 vehicles / 4 officers.
❖You cannot remove a car radio that you do not own.
❖You may not use any graphics packthat enhances your ability to shoot or gives you an unfair advantage. This includes stretched POV, shadows off, "sky" packs, etc.

Criminal Activity

❖CAYO PERICO DOES NOT REQUIRE INITIATION! (Red Zone)
❖You may not perform major crime mechanics (heists, store robberies) within 30 minutes before or after a regularly scheduled restart.
❖You may not use police weapons (including tasers). The only items you may take from officers are: Body Armor, Ammo, Body Cams, and IFaks.
❖EMS vehicles CANNOT be stolen or used in crimes.
❖You may not engage in a gunfight from a location not accessible by foot (rooftops, out-of-bounds areas). Excluding Police.
❖You may only scam another player for up to $100,000 for legal transactions. Cars and properties cannot be scammed. Illegal items can be scammed.

Police Response Limits

❖Police must follow response limits per scene type (Vehicle count / Officer count):

❖Exception: Kidnapping or killing of Chief of Police, Sheriff, Chief Justice, Chief of EMS, or Police Commissioner — all available units may respond.

Whitelisted Jobs

❖Medical staff are not to be robbed, taken hostage, or killed.
❖Corruption is allowed if there is meaningful roleplay behind it. Corruption that goes against the interests of the community will result in a permanent blacklist or ban.
❖Captain+ and Internal Affairs cannot be corrupt.
❖You cannot sell anything from the armory or evidence lockers.
❖Lawsuits are capped at $150,000 total unless agreed upon between DOJ and management.
❖Undermining or sabotaging government departments for OOC reasons is Fail RP. Open a ticket if you have a legitimate OOC concern.

Social Media (Birdy)

❖Openly discussing or mentioning illegal activities on Birdy or any public in-character social media platform is considered Fail RP.
❖All posts on Birdy must remain in character and reflect your character's public persona, not OOC feelings or information.
